Hotel Registration

Please note that hotel reservations have to be taken care of directly by the participants.
We suggest that you book your hotel immediately to ensure low prices and avoid reservation problems, see Venue and hotels .

Conference Registration

We ask of authors of accepted abstracts to register by Monday December 15th, 2014 by sending an email (header: WCGO Registration) to either jiaxing(at)ufl(dot)edu or ioannis.p.pappas(at)ufl(dot)edu to inform us in order to ensure timely deliverance of all conference material. The registration fee can be paid electronically by following the link below:

WCGO IV online registration

The registration fee can also be paid on site by check (payable to the University of Florida Research Foundation) or cash. The rates are indicated below:

Regular Registration

  • Registration fee: 700 USD (deadline Dec 15, 2014)
  • Late registration fee: 850 USD

PhD Student Registration

(to be confirmed by sending a valid certificate scanned by email or equivalent verification forms to either jiaxing(at)ufl(dot)edu or ioannis.p.pappas(at)ufl(dot)edu)
  • Registration fee: 600 USD (deadline Dec 15, 2014)
  • Late registration fee: 700 USD
Since we have already signed contracts with the hotel, no refunds on registration will be available.

All checks should be in US dollars. Payments by check or cash will be available only in the first morning of the conference. To pay by mail, please send registration fee to:
